Recently featured on “the Lookout”, Lais Lavish is one of my favourites coming out of the city producing a sound which is hard to match. The Toronto artist who’s been featured on sources such as HotNewHipHop and Bluntiq released 114 the EP,  just two years after the release of Session One via Reddit. Lavish, who’s credited Drake to inspiring his sound has been featured on OVO Sound Radio and collaborated with Harlem artist, Skizzy Mars on Moon and Stars 2 which hit the web a few months back. Lais stays true to his penthouse sounds creating vibes of romance and ecstasy with smooth vocals. Though 114, is a production which is only 8 songs long, every track holds value and gives meaning to a story of lust and sensuality staying true to his penthouse vibes. Lavish’s sound is made for late nights in the city and setting the mood right when you’re on a wave. 114 is a perfect listen for the summertime and can be streamed on site or purchased through iTunes.
